At Macro Contracting and Management our commitment to deliver excellent customer service and performing at the highest level of quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness is what separates us from the rest. Because of this, we have been a leader in real estate and asset preservation since 2013 in our region.
All services are guaranteed to be within HUD specifications. Our preservation team follows these guidelines closely to ensure the highest possible quality in workmanship. You as our client, can rest assured all deadlines are met on time and all work completed.
We have no subcontractor, all of the work performed by us is done by employees. We feel having employees allows us to control all aspects of property preservation to deliver the highest quality of work to our client.
Real Estate Maintenance
Initial Services:
When a property moves to REO, the focus shifts from simply protecting and maintain it, to marketing and selling the property as quickly as possible.
Securing:
During the initial service visit, the property is secured to the clients specifications.
Damage Assessment:
On our initial service visit we also provide estimate and repair services for damaged properties to address the needs of our clients, investors, neighborhoods and cities.
Winterizations:
We perform full winterization services on all plumbing components, as well as dry, steam and radiant heat systems, to prevent damage.
Debris Removal & Maid Services:
By removing debris and cleaning the property, our goal is to make a house appealing to prospective buyers so they can envision themselves living there.
Initial Lawn Services:
At the initial securing of a property and once per calendar year, the property will receive comprehensive lawn service, and then maintained on a bi-weekly basis or per our clients recommendation.
Ongoing Services:
Our goal is to assure that every REO property remains secure and marketable from the initial service order through the final inspection.
